Mary Wilson-Keener, CPA, CLU

Mary has been a CPA since 1980. From 1980 to 1997 she was a business owner, which allowed her to develop skills in managing a business and creating ways to calculate and measure results from sales and marketing efforts. In 1997 she began work in tax preparation for the public, always keeping the mindset of an entrepreneur.

Mary has background in financial planning and earned a CLU in 1998. Not only can she prepare tax returns for clients but can help them plan for retirement and create an investment portfolio as well. Mary co-authored a 90-day guide "Living Abundantly God's Way," which was published as an ebook in 2008.

Mary is active in Dallas, TX & Frisco, TX communities. She is a member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, Texas Society of CPAs, About Business Referrals, and Exceptional Women.

Lucy Turek, Staff Accountant

Lucy joined the Mary Wilson Keener CPA family in 2011. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of North Texas and will complete her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification during 2012. Lucy has over 5 years professional experience in the accounting industry and is excited to complete her certification.

She is able to address a wide array of client needs including bookkeeping, payroll, and preparation of payroll tax and sales tax reports as well as assist in individual and business income tax return preparation. As a QuickBooks Proadvisor she can assist in setting up or working through client's QuickBooks files.

Lucy is a member of the local Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association and has participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program since 2010.
